California doctor Toril H. Jelter, M.D., FAAP writes to the FCC on behalf of children who deserve a safe environment in which to grow and develop. The letter cites documented cases of children whose symptoms disappear when they spend time in rural areas with no cell towers but their symptoms return once they are back home in the city.
